My name is Emma. I'm a breakfast radio presenter who loves wine-fueled D&Ms, road trips, active wear and top knots. My mind moves at the speed of a hamster wheel, so taking time to write it all down helps me make sense of myself and the world around me. I think sharing thoughts and feelings is the best way to connect with others - in the best of times, but especially during the tough and sometimes lonely experiences life can throw at us. I live in Sydney with my husband, Enzo and our son, Valentino.
